What make us who we are
RFR Builders, Inc. is a General Contractor founded in 1999 by partners Raúl Fortuño Ruiz and William Preston Maldonado. It evolved from parent firm RFR Construction, created in 1992 by Raúl Fortuño Ruiz.
Besides housing, both partners have been involved through previous experience in the construction of institutional , commercial and industrial projects such as Elderly Housing, Shopping Centers, Industrial and Pharmaceutical facilities, High End Houses, Office Buildings and miscellaneous general construction that comprises the range of construction related activities that are part of major general contracting.
